Where and when do you train?

We have club training at Akau Tangi Sports Centre in Kilbirnie on Monday nights, and some teams train at additional times depending on requirements.

Where and when do you play?

We play the winter season on Saturdays at Akau Tangi Sports Centre in Kilbrinie, and have teams in summer and winter indoor and outdoor twilight competitions.

Do I need to have played before?

No! We have a team for everyone and coaches to bring out your inner Silver Fern.

I can't play a full season, do you have back up players?

Yes - however if you already know you can't play a full season please let us know at registration. This means we can plan for the team and make sure there is a super sub available for when you aren’t. However, if you can’t commit to each weekend then that can also not be fair to your team so being a back up player yourself might be a good fit. We are always on the look out for super subs!

Where do I find out when my team is playing?

The draw is posted weekly to the Netball Wellington website. Also your team captain and coaches will often send an email or Facebook reminder during the week. We also post the game times of all teams on the Facebook page each week so we can cheer everyone on.
